HealthExtras to buy RXx Pharmacy Solutions

HealthExtras said it will buy RXx from HMA Inc., a Tempe, Arizona-based company in a transaction expected to close this week.HealthExtras Inc., a Rockville, Maryland-based company, said it agreed to buy RXx Pharmacy Solutions Inc., which provides pharmacy benefit management services in Hawai'i, Arizona and Nevada.HealthExtras said it will buy RXx from HMA Inc., a Tempe, Arizona-based company in a transaction expected to close this week.
