Tailor Alfred Neuman advertised in 1890 that he would be in Honolulu for three to four months and that ladies could place orders for fall and winter outfits.

1903: Funeral arrangements are completed for Robert Wilcox, who led two failed rebellions that turned him into a charismatic folk hero. There was to be no state funeral and plans were finalized to hold the service at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Peace.

1925: The territorial land board approves the sale of 266 Waimanalo beach lots.
