All polls now open

All polls are open statewide at this hour, said state elections office spokesman Rex Quidilla."Every one is open now, all polls are open now," he said.
At some polls, electronic voting machines experienced "minor issues."
"These are little things that we can troubleshoot here at the control center," Quidilla said. "Nothing that stops voting."
Operations appear to be running smoothly overall, even at locations that opened late, he said.
