Surf's up along O'ahu's shores

Surf will be on the way up along three of the four O'ahu shorelines today, according to the National Weather Service.Surf along north-facing shores will be increasing to 7 to 9 feet while west-and east-facing shores should see 4-to 6-foot surf.
Surf along south-facing shores is expected to hold steady at 1 to 3 feet through today, forecasters said.
A moderate north swell is due in later today, will build overnight and will continue through Thursday. Otherwise, no significant swells are expected.
