H-3 traffic resumes near Harano Tunnels

Advertiser Staff

This morning's transportation trouble spot is on the H-3 Freeway, in the west- or town-bound lanes about a mile down from the Harano Tunnels.

Traffic was shut down for about 10 minutes earlier this morning while emergency workers tended to those injured in a multiple vehicle crash.

At last report traffic had backed up to the tunnels and was moving very slowly through the crash area.

Elsewhere, the usual slowdowns are occurring on the H-1 Freeway at the H-1/H-2 merge and Middle Street merge.

Traffic heading in from East O'ahu slows considerably prior to the Koko Head Avenue overpass.
