Accident on H-3 near summit tunnels closes lanes

Emergency services workers are responding at this time toa multi-car collision in the town-bound or west-bound lanes of the H-3 Freeway.
Multiple tow trucks and ambulances are blocking the west-bound lanes of the freeway about a mile below and on the Halawa side of the summit tunnels.
Police are urging drivers to use alternate routes, such as the Pali and Likelike highways.
