Events slated for Homelessness Awareness Week

To mark Homelessness Awareness Week, the statewide Continuum of Care is sponsoring a series of events to raise awareness about the issue.
O'ahu events include:
Hawaii Statewide Homeless Forum, "Unlocking the Door: The Key to Ending Homelessness," 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Waikiki Beach Marriott. Attendees are expected to include representatives from nonprofit and for-profit groups, government agencies and legislators.
