Former UH punter McBriar still No. 1 in NFL

Former University of Hawaii punter Mat McBriar of the Dallas Cowboys remains No. 1 in the NFL in punting, according to statistics released today.McBriar, a former all-Western Athletic Conference punter, is averaging 49.7 yards per punt, including a long of 75 yards.
No. 2 in the NFL is Shane Lechler of the Oakland Raiders at 47.9.
