Stalled car wreaking havoc on morning commuters

A stalled car in one of the left lanes near the Waimalu exit has created significant backup at the H-1/H-2 merge this morning. The car is being towed off the road, but traffic is already backed up past the Waikele Shopping Center.There are no reports of problems coming in from Hawaii'i Kai or other major arteries, though there was a two-car accident on the H-1 near the Liliha overpass, which has also slowed traffic, and another accident is slowing traffic on Fort Weaver Road.
