Sticky weather sticking around

It's one more day of humid weather for the state. Light winds will allow sea breezes to develop this morning, bringing clouds and showers to island interiors and maintaining the humid conditions throughout the day, the National Weather Service said.

Trade winds will briefly return tomorrow, but will veer out of the southeast again starting Friday.

A tsunami watch remains in effect for Hawai'i through this afternoon. Also today, expect partly cloudy skies with Isolated showers until mid morning and scattered showers in the late morning and afternoon. High temperatures should be 76 to 83 degrees, with light winds becoming northeast up to 10 mph in the afternoon.There's a 50 percent chance of rain.

Tonight will be mostly cloudy with occasional showers and lows 64 to 71 with northeast winds up to 10 mph.

Tomorrow's forecast calls for partly cloudy with scattered showers and highs 74 to 8 degrees, with northeast winds 10 to 15 mph. Tomorrow night, expect mostly cloudy skies with showers likely.
