Stalled car backing up traffic at H-1/H2 merge

Commuters from Leeward and Central O'ahu and those using Fort Weaver Road may want to get an early start this morning.A stalled car in one of the left lanes near the Sears Distribution Centert has created significant backup at the H-1/H-2 merge this morning all the way past the Waikele Shopping Center.
The car has been towed off the road, but traffic remains extremely slow, even in the Zipper Lane.
An accident at Fort Weaver and Renton has also backed up traffic.
Commutes on other major arteries heading into town are smooth as of 6 a.m.
