Stones ticket refund procedures announced

People who bought tickets online via Ticketmaster or Ticketmaster Charge-by-Phone for the canceled Nov. 22 Rolling Stones concert previously scheduled at Aloha Stadium will automatically receive a credit to the credit card used for the purchase, Ticketmaster has announced.Ticket holders who purchased their tickets from a Ticketmaster retail ticket center may return the tickets to the point of purchase to receive a refund.
Following the company's long-standing policy regarding canceled events, the face-value price of the ticket and the convenience charge for each ticket will be refunded. The per-order processing fee and any delivery charges are not refundable.
