Advertiser Staff
Dozens are camping out outside electronics stores statewide tonight to get their hands on a PlayStation 3. The hotly awaited video-game console goes on sale Friday."I want to play it," said Ryken Shibasaki excitedly, as he sat outside Wal-Mart on Ke'eaumoku Street tonight.
Die-hard gamers were also lined up outside Circuit City in 'Aiea. Some said they would re-sell the Sony systems on the Internet for a profit.
Some 400,000 of the machines were released nationwide. They range from $500 to $600, and PlayStation 3 games cost about $60.
