Tsunami experts to talk about quake's aftermath

Tsunami experts will offer a review of yesterday's 8.1 earthquake in the Kuril Islands, sea level observations, operational procedures and answer other questions at a 3:30 p.m. news conference today at the Pacific Warning Center in 'Ewa Beach.The briefing will be for media and will feature Dr. Charles "Chip" McCreery, director of the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center.
