Traffic backing up at H-1/H-2 merge

If you were hoping to miss the congestion at the H-1/H-2 merge this morning, you missed your opportunity by about 30 minutes.At 5:45 a.m., traffic on H-1/H-2 merge is starting to back up to the Waikele Shopping Center, but traffic flow on other main arteries into town is flowing well with few slowdown areas.
