Police arrest one escapee, search for another

Police yesterday arrested Rory Cabrera, an escapee from the Laumaka work furlough center, and were still are looking for a second man who didn't return to the Kalihi facility.Cabrera, 26, was found walking on Nimitz Highway and was arrested without incident, police said.
