Governor to hold news conference on smoking ban

Governor Linda Lingle and State Health Director Chiyome Fukino, M.D. will hold a news conference at 10 a.m. today on the state's new smoking ban, which goes into effect today.The conference will be held at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, main lobby in the Shell Bar area.
