Pu'uloa Road improvements continue

Lane closures on Pu'uloa Road from Kamehameha Highway to Salt Lake Boulevard continue from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. through tomorrow at the following locations:

  • Shoulder lanes on both sides will be closed for utility work.

  • Single lane will be closed in the southbound direction for electrical work.

    Other roadwork around O'ahu:

    Kamehameha lane closes near Pearl Harbor

    The right lane on Kamehameha Highway (outbound) between Radford Drive and Halawa Drive will be closed from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. through tomorrow for concrete barrier removal and concrete pouring.

    Nimitz work continues

    Lanes will be closed in both directions on Nimitz Highwayfrom Waiakamilo Street to the Ke'ehi Interchange from 9 p.m. to 5 p.m. through tomorrow morning for road resurfacing work.

    Kalanianaole Highway lane closures

    The right turn lane from Kalanianaole Highway onto Kamehameha Highway (Kaneohe-bound) at Castle Junction will be closed through tomorrow from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.for electrical work and guardrail installation.

    Likelike improvements continue

    Single lane closures continue along Likelike Highway between Valley View Drive and the Wilson Tunnels at the following locations through tomorrow for guardrail installation, shoulder paving and roadway striping:

  • Honolulu-bound single lane closures from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

  • Kaneohe-bound single lane closures from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.

    More resurfacing on Kamehameha Highway

    Single lane closures continue in both directions on Kamehameha Highway between Pali Highway and Kahiko Street through tomorrow from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for road resurfacing work.

    Halawa Heights road rebab continues

    Single lane closures on Halawa Heights Road between Ulune Street and Fernridge Place, in the vicinity of Camp Smith, continue through tomorrow from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for striping, lane marking and sign installation.

    Roadwork near Crouching Lion

    Lane closures on Kamehameha Highway between Waiahole Valley Road and Crouching Lion Inn continue through tomorrow for pavement marking, sign installation and guardrail work.

    During this time, one lane in either direction will be closed and traffic contra-flowed from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.

    H-1 lane work near Middle Street Tunnel

    The right and shoulder lane will be closed on the H-1 in both directions near the Middle Street Tunnel through tomorrow at the following hours, for guardrail and shoulder improvements:

  • Daytime: 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

  • Nighttime: 8:30 p.m. to 5 a.m.

    Roadwork on Farrington in Waipahu

    Various single lane closures on Farrington Highway in Waipahu are taking place through tomorrow:

    Eastbound Direction (8:30 a.m. through 3 p.m., daily)

  • Right lane closure near Waipahu High School for bridge post construction.

  • Right lane closure at the Waipio Point Access Road intersection for traffic signal loop detector installation.

    Westbound Direction (7:30 a.m. through 3 p.m., daily)

  • Right lane closure from Waipahu High School to the Paiwa Street intersection for bridge post construction, sidewalk and drainage work.

  • Sectional lane closures at the Pupukahi Street, Leokane Street and Leoku Street intersections for road resurfacing.

    More Farringont work in Nanakuli

    A single right-lane closure is taking place in the westbound direction on Farrington Highway between Hakimo Road and Kaukama Road through tomorrow from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The right-lane will be closed for improvements to an existing concrete channel wall and the installation of a chain link fence.

    Ala Moana traffic signal work

    Intermittent left lane closures are occurring in both directions along Ala Moana Boulevard from Piikoi Street to Atkinson Drive through tomorrow from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for median landscaping and traffic signal adjustments.

    'Aiea Access Road resurfacing work

    The right southbound lane on Aiea Access Road from Moanalua Road to Kamehameha Highwaywill be closed through tomorrow from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for roadway striping, guardrail and curb ramp installation.

    During these hours, the southbound shoulder lane may also be closed.
