Passenger arrivals rose by 3.7 percent through the first half of November, paced by gains in domestic travelers.There were 328,252 arrivals through the Nov. 15, according to figures provided by the state Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism. The arrival numbers provide a rough proxy for tourist traffic to Hawai'i.
