Bumper-to-bumper traffic greets commuters

A stalled vehicle near the Waimaul exit is the latest in a handful of accidents and stalls that have traffic moving at a snail's pace at 6:30 a.m.through Pearl City, 'Aiea and through the Middle Street merge heading into town.Traffic congestion started early this morning and hasn't let up since. Commuters on other arteries heading into town are moving with relative ease.
