Traffic slows through H-1/H-2 merge

The good news is that commuters on nearly every major road into town are finding smooth sailing this morning. The bad news is the well-traveled H-1/H-2 merge continues to be the island's bottleneck, with traffic now slowing to a crawl after nearly an hour of smooth running.No major accidents or stalls have been reported. The slowdown appears to be a simple case of more morning commuters hitting the road at the same time.
