Morning traffic backed up past Fort Shafter

Advertiser Staff

Townbound traffic coming in from Hawaii Kai was backed up from the Koko Head exit past Fort Shafter as of 6:30 this morning. Traffic is heavy all around the island, with Eastbound traffic into town slowing near the Middle Street merge and Vineyard exits and the H-1/H-2 merge continuing to be the island's worst bottleneck area.

Traffic through 'Aiea and Pearl City is backing up past the Waikele Shopping Center, with commuters at the H-1/Kunia merge also crawling along.
