Early-morning traffic moving along

Eastbound traffic through the H-1/H-2 merge was starting to slow at 5 a.m. this morning, but moving well past the Waikele Shopping Center.Traffic throughout most of the island remains relatively calm at this hour, though Fort Weaver Road is already seeing high traffic.
