H-1/H-2 merge is commuters' sticking point

Traffic is picking up through the H-1/H-2 merge as of 5:30 this morning, but is smooth through the Middle Street merge and other typical high-traffic areas.The drive into town from Hawaii Kai has no congestion yet.
