Bail set at $15,000 in sex assault case

A 20-year-old male is held on $15,000 bail after being charged with third-degree sexual assault.The victim, a juvenile, reported the alleged sexual assault and identified Preston-Paul Afong as the suspect, police said.
The victim told police Afong inappropriately touched her, police said.
The incident happened in the Kahala area at approximately 6:30 Monday night.
