TONIGHT'S MUST-SEE

"Grey's Anatomy," 8 p.m., ABC; and "ER," 9 p.m., NBC.

In a competitive era, key shows can't take the holiday off. So both hospital dramas show up on Thanksgiving.

On "Grey's Anatomy," a major traffic accident has filled the emergency room. Meanwhile, Izzie is testing to see what she can do during her probation.

On "ER," Abby is just leaving on Thanksgiving, when she's needed because of a bus crash. Meanwhile, Neela is visiting Gates' house when a third person shows up.

OF NOTE

Football, 7:30 a.m., CBS. The Miami Dolphins visit the Detroit Lions. That's followed by the Tampa Bay Bucs at the Dallas Cowboys, at 3:30 p.m. ET on Fox.

"National Dog Show," noon to 2 p.m., NBC. John O'Hurley hosts.

"Babe" (1995), 2-4 p.m., NBC. Here's another chance to see the wonderful family film about a pig who wants to herd sheep.

"Deal or No Deal," 7-9 p.m., NBC. It's an expanded, holiday edition, complete with turkeys and pumpkin pie.

"Spider-Man 2" (2004), 7 p.m., Fox. Peter Parker (Tobey Maguire) tries to be a normal teenager again, forgetting about his superpowers and his super love interest (Kirsten Dunst). Then a crisis intervenes.

"Survivor: Cook Islands," 7 p.m., CBS. This show started with four tribes, then trimmed quickly to two. Tonight, it goes to one.

"CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," 8 p.m, CBS. Is somebody targeting 1970s mobsters?
