O'ahu flood warning issued until 12:15 a.m.

The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for O'ahu until 12:15 a.m.At 7:42 p.m., the radar showed thunderstorms with very heavy rain over the Ko'olau mountain range.
Rainfall is estimated at 3 to 4 inches per hour in some areas.
