York & Co. plans self-storage center on Dillingham Blvd

York & Co Inc. is leading a partnership that plans to build a self-storage facility on Dillingham Boulevard across from Honolulu Community College.The 120,000-square-foot project will include more than 1,100 storage units as well as ground floor retail space, according to York & Co.
Construction is scheduled to be completed sometime in late fall of 2007. The facility will be managed by the E.I.M Group.
