Minor spill snarls westbound H-1 Freeway traffic

A minor fluid spill on the H-1 Freeway is snarling westbound traffic this morning.Drivers are reporting bumper-to-bumper traffic from the Kahala area to the Vineyard Boulevard off-ramp. A Honolulu Fire Department dispatcher said the spill occurred at about 8 a.m.
He could not immediately say what was spilled.
All lanes are now open.
