H-1/H-2 merge traffic slows to a crawl again

That easy early-morning commute? A distant memory as of 5:30 a.m., at least through the H-1/H-2 merge. Traffic at the merge is packed tight and slowing even through Zipper Lane.That's the bad news.
The good news — and we can't say how long it will last – is traffic on all major arteries and through all the typical hot spots into town continues to be congestion free.
