H-1/H-2 merge traffic slows to a crawl

Even the Zipper Lane has slowed down as eastbound traffic through the H-1/H-2 merge crawls along this morning.As of 5:50 a.m., the Pearl City traffic had backed up past the Waikele Shopping Center.
It does, hoewever, open up closer to town, and no other traffic accidents or stalls have been reported.
