Traffic backing up along Kalaniana'ole Highway

It's slow-going at this time on Kalaniana'ole Highway heading town-bound from East O'ahu.Traffic has begun to back up past the point where the highway merges with the Lunalilo Freeway. The congestion continues until well past the Punahou Street overpass.
Much of the delay appears to be the result of a traffic collision at 7:05 a.m. near the Old Wai'alae Road on-ramp.
