UH-Oregon State football game sold out

Advertiser Staff

Saturday's University of Hawai'i football game against Oregon State at Aloha Stadium is sold out, according to UH officials.

Kickoff for the nationally televised game on ESPN is 7:05 p.m., one hour later than normal home games. Aloha Stadium seats 50,000.

"We're thrilled that the seniors, and the other members of our talented football team, will play in front of a capacity crowd this Saturday," said Herman Frazier, UH athletics director.

"It will be an incredible night for the student athletes, the fans, and the entire state of Hawai'i."

UH's last home sellout was last year's opener against two-time defending national champion Southern California.

The parking lot will open at 2:30 p.m., with stadium gates opening at 3 p.m.
