Morning traffic fairly smooth heading into town

Traffic is moving relatively well for a Monday with no major problems or delays to report at this time.Traffic in the town-bound lanes of the H-1 Freeway is backed up to the Waikele Shopping Center and it's slow going through the H-1/H-2 merge.
The pace picks up once past the Ka'amilo Street overpass and the drive goes well until the Middle Street merge where conditions are bumper to bumper at this time.
The congestion continues until once past the downtown exits.
Traffic heading in from Hawaii Kai is moving very well for a Monday morning although things begin to slow a bit in the university area.
There are no problems at this hour heading in from the windward side.
