  • The Hawai'i Women's Business Center will conduct an all-day seminar Saturday for new and experienced eBay users wanting to make the most of their eBay experience. Featured will be Marilyn Paguirigan, a Hawai'i-based, eBay-trained, educational specialist, who has completed over 10,000 eBay transactions and is the owner of two eBay "stores." The event will feature up to 100 tabletop exhibits by local businesses and a series of business seminars conducted by professionals in their field.   • "EXPORTING: FROM START TO FINANCE," a three-session, weekly class offered by the University of Hawai'i at Manoa on the ins and outs of exporting to foreign countries, will be held 6-8:30 p.m. Tuesdays, beginning tomorrow.   • The newly named Shidler College of Business at the University of Hawai'i at Manoa will confer its FIRST ANNUAL HALL OF HONOR AWARDS Thursday to recognize individuals for contributions to the school and community. Among those honored will be Shidler Group founder, Jay Shidler, a school alumnus who recently donated $25 million to the school. Others to be honored at the ceremony include Walter Dods, former chairman of First Hawaiian Bank; and David Heenan, former James Campbell Estate trustee.   • A "First Time Buyers Real Estate Seminar" — hosted by Bank of Hawai'i, Herbert K.   • The Waikiki Rotary Club will host the FIRST ANNUAL WAIKIKI INTERNATIONAL FOODFEST, 5-10 p.m. Saturday at the Pacific Beach Hotel's Grand Ballroom. The event will feature cuisines from six countries — French, Japanese, German, Mexican, Hawaiian and Italian — entertainment and auctions. Proceeds go toward the club's charitable projects.   • How to handle problem condo owners and directors to feuds between apartment owners will be among topics discussed at a luncheon seminar Oct. 12, sponsored by the local chapter of the Community Associations Institute.
