Morning commute into town slows at regular spots

The drive in this morning from Leeward and Central O'ahu slows at the regular spots, beginning at the Waikele Shopping Center.The H-1/H-2 merge is bumper-to-bumper at this hour as is the Middle Street merge.
The drive in from Hawaii Kai is going well and begins to slow just past the Old Waialae Road overpass.
There are no major problems at this time heading in from the windward side.
