UH baseball camps set for December

 •  12-year-old a champion in aerobic gymnastics

The University of Hawai'i baseball program is holding winter camps Dec. 21 to 23 and Dec. 28 to 30 at Les Murakami Stadium. The camps are open to players ages 7 to 18.

The pitcher/catcher camp is 9 a.m. to noon and the hitting camp is from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. each day.

The cost is $120 (either pitcher/catcher camp or hitting camp) and $200 for both camps.

The camps are conducted by UH baseball coach Mike Trapasso, his staff and players and area high school coaches.

Player should wear proper attire and a hat and bring equipment appropriate for the camp — bat (hitting), glove (pitching) or catcher's gear (catching).
