O'ahu under flash flood warning until 4:45 p.m.

The National Weather Service has extended its flash flood warning until 4:45 p.m. for O'ahu.Meteorologists said weather radar showed heavy showers moving over Central Oahu and along the Ko'olau Mountains. The rains are moving slowly, they said.
Residents are advised to avoid streams and low lying areas.
