Diesel spill slows Likelike Highway traffic

Kane'ohe-bound traffic on Likelike Highway near School Street was slowed today due to a slippery condition on the roadway caused by a chemical spill.A Honolulu Fire Department hazardous material unit spread an absorbent on the roadway. The incident was reported at about 3:45 p.m. Fire Department spokesman Capt. Kenison Tejada said the source of the spill is unknown.
