Suspect in bank heists expected in court on bail issue

Accused serial bank robber Michael Rosario is scheduled to make an appearance in federal court at 1:30 this afternoon.Rosario is set to appear with his attorney in front of U.S. magistrate Barry M. Kurren to determine whether he will be released on bail or held until his trial. Rosario was arrested Oct. 4 after he allegedly robbed 15 O'ahu banks.
