Maui-based Dowling Co. hires Tyler Nguyen as CFO

Dowling Co., a Maui-based real estate development company, has announced the hiring of Tyler Nguyen as chief financial officer.Before joining Dowling, Nguyen worked with the commercial real estate group at Bank of Hawaii in Honolulu. She also has worked for the commercial real estate group at Bank of America in McLean, Va.
Nguyen holds a masters degree in business administration and a bachelor's degree in commerce, both from the University of Virginia.
Dowling's projects on Maui include Kamali'i Elementary School, the island's first privately developed public school; and Waiehu Kou Phases III, III and IV.
