HIFF renames two biggest awards

The Golden Maile award will now be called the Halekulani Golden Orchid Award in recognition of Halekulani Corp.'s two-year partnership with the festival.
The award will be presented to the winner of Best Feature Film and Best Documentary Film at the festival's awards ceremony on Oct. 26.
The film festival runs from Oct. 19 to 29 on O'ahu. Tickets are on sale now. For more information about films, shows times and ticketing, visit www.hiff.org.
