H-3 townbound lanes reopened

Advertiser Staff

All west-bound, or Pearl Harbor-bound, lanes of the H-3 Freeway have been reopened.

Both west-bound lanes were closed for about half an hour following a collision on the windward side of the Harano Tunnel.

One of the vehicles involved was a truck that dumped a load of rocks.

Police shut down all of the on-ramps in Kane'ohe leading to the freeway about 11:25 a.m., but all have been reopened.
