Woman in serious condition after being struck by car

A 63-year-old woman was listed in serious condition at the Queen's Medical Center this morning after being struck by a car at Farrington Highway and Ho'okele Street near Ma'ili Point at about 6 a.m.Emergency responders said the woman was dragged about 10 or 15 feet after being struck by the car, which was traveling slowly on the highway.
The woman was not pinned under the car as was initially feared, they said.
