Ruth's Chris Steak House opens at Shops at Mauna Lani

Ruth's Chris Steak House has opened at the Shops at Mauna Lani, its fourth location in the state and first on the Big Island.The restaurant was built by franchisee Desert Island Restaurants, a Scottsdale, Arizona-based company headed by former Hawai'i resident Randy Schoch.
