Arrests made as police sweep area under H-1 viaduct

Police this morning are conducting a sweep under a viaduct on the H-1 Freeway back behind the former Pearl City Tavern in an area occupied by a towing company yard.In the past, the site has allegedly been used to strip parts from abandoned and possibly stolen cars.
Several arrests had been made as of 11 a.m., police said.
