18 flights cancelled today

At least 19 flights were cancelled today, state tourism liaison Marsha Weinert said.

She said the power outage at Honolulu Airport spurred the following flight cancellations:

United Airlines — six flights;

American Airlines — five flights;

Northwest Airlines — four flights;

Delta Airlines — three flights;

ATA Airlines — one flight.

Weinert said the airlines are expected to be back on schedule tomorrow.
