Big Island residents asked to stay off roads

Big Island mayor Harry Kim is asking motorists to stafy off roads until complete damage assessment has made. The mayor is also asking residents to not use telephones unless it's an emergency.Road damage has been reported on Highway 19 along the Hamakua Coast.
