Hamakua Hospital reports damage, patients evacuated

The Hale Hoola Hamakua Hospital on the Big island reports damage including flooding from a broken fire main.
The broken fire main caused major flooding, the hospital said.
Patients were evacuated to a nearby clinic.
There also was moderate ceiling damage.
The hospital expects to be out of commission for two days.
