Work on fixing traffic lights continues around O'ahu

Several traffic signals across O'ahu remain controlled by flashing yellow or flashing red lights as state and city crews scramble to manually reset many traffic signals, state Department of Transportation spokesman Scott Ishikawa said.Honolulu police officers have been ordered to continue working this morning to control traffic at many busy intersections where signals have yet to be reset, Ishikawa said.
